3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by tour package and supplier. Specific cancellation and refund details will be provided during booking.

  • Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to, airfare, service fees, and third-party tickets unless otherwise stated.

  • Travel insurance is recommended and may be included in select packages.

4. Modifications & Delays

  • United Unit Vacation reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, political issues, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

  • We will provide alternatives or credits when applicable.

  • Delays caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, tour guides) are not the responsibility of United Unit Vacation.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passports, visas, military ID, etc.).

  • You agree to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs during your travel.

  • Misconduct during a tour may result in removal without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

United Unit Vacation acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, force majeure, strikes, delays, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property

  • Cancellation of services by third parties

You agree to hold United Unit Vacation harmless for any such events.
